Beautiful Beach house, 2 blocks from Oceanside pier and beach. Very close to restaurants, bars, breweries and shopping.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house has it all. There are 2 master suites with en-suite bathrooms. One of the masters has 2 queen beds, the other one has a California King bed. There are also 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a bathroom .
There is a patio in front with outdoor dining table and seating area with a large Weber gas BBQ.
Walking into the house is the family room with flat screen TV and fireplace. Next is a small game room with shuffle board, card table and a TV with video games.
Towards the back of the house is a gourmet kitchen with a dining table that seats 10 people and on other flat screen TV.
All bedrooms are on the second floor. The master suites have flat screen TV's . One more flight of steps and you are on the rooftop patio , with an other dining table and a seating area.
There is an attached 2 car garage with surfboards, boogie boards, sand toys, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Also baby gate, stroller, port a crib and high chair.
The garage fits 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking available. There is also a parking structure 100 yards from the house, parking fee is $ 5.00 for the day.

Summary: Really enjoyed this home. So close to everything! Literally just steps away from their Thursday sunset market. You can’t miss that ! Home is spacious and never felt crowded with 9 people. Loved the kitchen area and large dining table. Perfect for large groups. Will definitely want to come back. Thank you Bob for answering my text so quickly. You have a great home!
